Any deposit provided to Luxe Esthetics by Darienne for services is NON-REFUNDABLE.

48 hours notice is required when rebooking or cancelling an appointment. Your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment if the 48 hour rebooking and cancellation notice has been given. Rebooking or canceling an appointment with less than 48 hours notice will result in the deposit being kept and a new deposit will be required for a rebooked appointment.

If arriving more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it may be cancelled at the discretion of Luxe Esthetics By Darienne, based on time constraints. This will be considered a no-show and the cancellation policy will be in effect.

Any service rendered, completed and paid for in full is NON-REFUNDABLE. With that being said, Luxe Esthetics By Darienne takes pride in the quality of the service and work provided. Therefore, if you have any issues with the service provided within the first 24 hours, please reach out, and we will come to a reasonable solution.
